Forward Deployed Engineer

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work at the boundary between product engineering and customer delivery. You will understand difficult customer problems, build the right technical solution and own it through a reliable production rollout. What you will do: 1. Work directly with customer engineering and business teams to understand workflows, constraints and success criteria. 2. Design, build and ship integrations, APIs, data pipelines and AI-enabled workflows around our products. 3. Prototype quickly, then harden solutions for security, observability, reliability and maintainability. 4. Debug issues across customer environments, cloud infrastructure, data and application code, and stay accountable through resolution. 5. Lead technical onboarding, deployment and handover with clear documentation and stakeholder communication. 6. Turn repeated customer needs into reusable product capabilities with our core engineering team. What we look for: 1. At least 3 years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, technical consulting or customer-facing implementation. 2. Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping production systems. 3. Fluency in at least one backend language, API and integration patterns, SQL and cloud infrastructure. 4. The ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and ambiguous requirements independently. 5. Experience working directly with customers or cross-functional stakeholders from discovery through deployment. 6. Clear communication, sound technical judgment and strong ownership. 7. Experience with AI systems, data pipelines, enterprise integrations or developer tools is useful but not required.
