AI Instructor

We are hiring an AI Instructor to lead our AI Engineering (RAG and Agents) cohort for working software engineers. This is a live-teaching role, not a recorded-content role. What you will do: 1. Run live sessions on RAG pipelines, single and multi-agent systems, context engineering, evals, and LLM systems. 2. Design assignments and the capstone, then review submissions with concrete, actionable feedback. 3. Run doubt-solving sessions and unblock engineers as they build. 4. Keep the curriculum current as tools and practices change. What we look for: 1. Production experience building LLM, RAG, and agent systems (Python, LangGraph, vector databases). 2. Real teaching ability: you can break down hard ideas and explain them clearly. 3. Strong written and spoken communication with a mixed-experience group. 4. Comfort working live with a cohort and adjusting pace on the fly.
